Check Your USDT Transaction Status

If your Max Standard payment is stuck or pending, first verify the transaction on the blockchain. Ensure you used the correct network (TRC-20 for low fees, ERC-20 for compatibility) and the recipient address is exact. A pending status often means insufficient gas or network congestion.

Confirm Your USDT Balance

Make sure you have enough USDT to cover the subscription fee plus network fees. For example, a 1-month Max Standard plan costs 8.99 USDT (TRC-20) or 9.50 USDT (ERC-20 due to higher gas). If your balance is short, top up before retrying.

Retry with the Correct Network

If the payment was sent via ERC-20 but the merchant expects TRC-20, it may get stuck. Always double-check the required network in the checkout page. Most providers prefer TRC-20 for speed and low cost (transaction fees ~0.5 USDT vs 2-5 USDT for ERC-20).

Contact Support with Transaction ID
